Your cousin, Jordie,the one you like babysitting? He's special.Give him a lot of hugs and attention. He'll like being tickled,too. Not often but sometimes you should.
know how a lot of the time you feel like you don't quite fit anywhere? Get used to it.
Don't leave Sunnydale with anyone,not even a person you're in love with.
Loving somebody is important.It will never be something you can "just do".I can't explain it any better than that.You can't follow your heart or your impulses all that often.You're going to have to learn to keep stuff in check.Big time.Learn to think and to understand before you jump into anything. Your freedom is in your music,not in your arms,not in your everyday life.I don't mean it'll be all bad.A lot of it will be wonderful, but it isn't anything like what you're imagining right now.
Stick to the learning.Don't let anyone talk you out of becoming a good musician.You have the ability,if you work at it.
Also? You and your friends will be hard on clothes for various reasons,as teenagers.
Keep some extra stuff in your locker at school.Or talk to Giles,the librarian at Sunnydale High School.He'll help you figure something out.Don't mind the stammering and how he polishes his glasses.That's just him.It doesn't mean he wants you out.
