Baylie is doing good!

She is eleven weeks and now knows:

1) Sit
2) Down (lie down)
3) Off!
4) Up (both paws up on something)
5) No!
6) Leave it
7) Front and centre! (puppy in front of me, sitting and paying attention)
8)Come (well, we're working on this one for consistency)
9) Let's go!
10)Paw (paw on object in front of her or in my hand)

I have been remiss in posting photo's of my parent's puppies I'm selling. So beneath the cut!

Interview went well. I now have a timeline of the "when" of getting a puppy. There are several options.

1)one week: They are flying in a lab puppy from another program in Nova Scotia next week. Sharon says that they think they have a found a raiser for this little guy already, when I was in the States.

Alright! I have gotten my boss and my landlord to sign the paperwork necessary for jumping the next hoop in the saga : A Home Interview.

In which they figure out just how many ways a puppy could get themselves in trouble in your house, and go through fixing them with you. Or... at least that's what I'm assuming. Surely it wouldn't be an interview ( Read more... )
