In the last week and change, I have...
...become a human football at work. My time is fought-over. This can only lead to good for me, I think. In the short term, I just need to keep my head down and do what I'm told. I have no desire to get into the politics of my office.
...started dating again. The new girl is amazing both physically and mentally, and I really, really enjoy spending time with her. This has, of course, dredged up my Dating Insecurity. However, armed with this knowledge, I feel better able to handle things than I ever have in the past. Certainly, I'm in a much better place emotionally than I have been in with any previous dating relationships. And I really do have a good feeling about this, now that I've finally come to accept that dating is not just a thing that other people do.
...hit 60 with my draenei priest. She is rapidly becoming my favorite character in WoW, and I forgot how good I am at being a priest.
...played poker. Last night, with a $20 buy-in, I walked away with $30. I am not even that good at poker, but I got lucky with a flush and a straight.
