His father sighed and looked away from Scorpius. He seemed to be staring at their family portrait from when Scorpius was a small child. All of them were there. Scorpius wanted to know what Draco was thinking but he did not dare ask.
"Very well. I hope you know I'll have to tell this to Harry. I'm not sure how he's going to react. Given you're step brothers and…" He trailed off; he didn't need to say it.
Not sure if Scorpius was ever going to say it.
"I can't stop you," said Scorpius.
"And evidently, I can't stop you."
