Yeah!
I got a free ticket to see an advance screening of Six by Sondheim! I'm super excited!
And then Saturday I got together with a bunch of friends to watch Shakespeare. We watched the first half of The Hollow Crown: Richard II and Henry IV Part 1. They are amazing plays but the best part was all the great comments from the peanut gallery while we were watching them:
"He is totally wasting those leather pants."
"Hotspur = Hotpants" Or "Captain Hotpants"
"Somebody order a pizza?"
"There's Loki!"
"Oh great! He's arguing with the letters again."
Most of these people are huge Doctor Who fans (one of them was knitting Daleks while we watched) so they're planning on seeing the David Tennant version of Richard II next most.
