I'm back
My computer is back and appears to be working OK. But I'm watching it closely. The only thing they could find wrong with it was that the C clock battery was dead. It close me $70 to fix. I hope that's all. I still have more things to fix on my car. The tally on my car is now just over $1,000 since the end of April. And since I've spent that much I've got to fix the other stuff too, I can't back out now. I need new spark plugs and a new wheel bearing.
Meanwhile my sister, brother-in-law, mother and grandmother get to see "1776" this weekend. And I don't get to go. Poo! (it's an eight-hour drive there). My grandmother wanted to see it because a friend of her's from church has a part in it. When she talked to my mom about it she seemed to imply that it was just a minor part.
"What part?" my mom asks.
"John Adams," grandma answers.
"Uh, mom that's the lead." my mom replies.
