(no subject)
So i think i'm doing everything possible to procrastinate studying for my art history test. oh well.
A lesbian hit on me hardcore during my 3 am study session in the study lounge last night. I didn't even know it was happening. Before i realized she was a lesbian (it took a 45 minute conversation) i said probably the worst thing a straight girl could say to a lesbian that is hitting on her. She said that she had seen me walking around with a guy with crazy hair who she assumed was my boyfriend. I said "Nah, he's not my boyfriend. I'm not too into the whole boyfriend scene right now." And then she moved in. And i was clueless the entire time. I found out after 45 minutes of talking to her, giving her my phone number, and agreeing to go to an azure ray show with her, when she told me she wanted to avoid her ex-girlfriend at the show and it would be great to go with me.
Bible study was awesome tonight. We were supposed to talk about psalms, but everyone seemed distracted. That was when Shanna said "hey, before we go on. how's everyone doing?" Everyone just completely confided in each other and let loose with their frustrations and feelings. It was amazing. Steve ended with an awesome prayer, just praying for everyone. I left feeling so unbelievably uplifted. This is what the Bible study is for. Fellowship. Thank you, Heavenly Father, for such an awesome group of Christian friends.
After Bible study i went to the country kitchen with everyone, procrastinating studying even more, which is always cool. Dave Jurca (spelling?) gave me some awesome insight and advice about architecture. It was so nice talking to him about it. Josh also lit a cigarette in the coolest way i could ever fathom. I am very happy, though, that he quit and it's been over 7 months since his last cigarette. Yay Josh!
Evan's over right now showing Jessie how to work a really sweet distortion pedal for her guitar that he's letting her borrow. He's also letting me borrow his art history book, since i never bought one :o) Thanks, Evan!
