"This world is Leomon's territory! FIST OF THE BEAST KING!"
Gaomon grunted, as he was thrown back by the awesome force of his latest opponent's attack. He and Tohma had been ordered onto the scene of the latest digimon appearance, only to be joined by Masaru and Agumon once they got there. However, even with them, they seemed to be outmatched...
"GAOMON!" Tohma cried, running to his partner's side. "Are you alright?!"
Gaomon winced, and looked up, nodding. "Yes, master."
Tohma flinched. It was time to stop messing around, and have his partner evolve. He was about to pull out his digivice, when suddenly-
"Leave this to me!" Masaru's voice cried out. Tohma looked up, just in time to see Masaru dodge a swipe of the Leomon's sword, and then leap upwards, punching the beast-man in the face.
"YES!" Masaru cried, pulling out his digivice. "LET'S GO AGUMON! DIGI-SOUL, CHARGE!"
"AGUMON, EVOLVE!" his partner cried, changing. "GEO GREYMON!"
Leomon scowled, as he righted himself from Masaru's attack. "You think that will save you? FIST OF THE BEAST KING!"
GeoGreymon lept to the side, dodging the attack. Then he planted his feet, and opened his mouth. "MEGA BURST!"
The Leomon couldn't block, as the energy blast hit him. Crying out, his body broke apart, and then reverted into a Digi-Egg!
"WE DID IT!" Masaru cried, laughing. "Way to go, Agumon!"
"Aniki!" Agumon said, returning to his normal level. "This fight felt different!"
Masaru blinked. "Different?"
Agumon nodded. "Yeah.
"Like it was supposed to happen."
