(no subject)
yay last day of work today! I realised that there ar a few things I forgot to write in my last entry which comprised of going to a pineapple cocktail party at bronte beach which involved you taking a pineapple and they cored the fruit out and gave you the pineapple back as a cup filled with a pineapple based cocktail, how cool is that. Also since I was at the beach and I don't go very often I decided to go swimming in the sea in my bra and pants. After we got out of the sea a huge thunderstorm errupted lighting the whole bay with pink light each time there was a lightning strike. When we realised it was too cold and wet we went home and fell asleep while watching harry potter.
Last weekend was mardi gras, I didn't take part in one of the floats but because of my outrageous drunken activities the night before i'm rather glad I wasn't. It was massive and went on for ages and there was lots of dancing and sweaty looking people and way better than the one in manchester as it was more party and more enthusiasm.
Tonight Rose and I are going to canberra for the weekend and things we have planned for next week include a one day surf trip at the royal national park, slits and dumplings on wednesday and bus to Melbourne on thursday, we are busy bees. Also we should be seeing jarvis cocker on the 29th when we fly back from alice springs. How exciting.
