Memberlist Purge and New Registrant Screening Process
Just blitzkrieged through the Memberlist to delete any suspected spambots... which pretty much boiled down to everyone who wasn't a vet from the previous board.
You've probably already noticed the New Registrants Area that I added a while back. It's finally open now; I just need to type the instruction post explaining what the hell that forum is for. The description line on the board main index page pretty much gives the gist of it though.
I reset the security settings on the board, so that the New Registrants Area is the only forum new applicants can post. Once they've proven there's a human behind their username and don't mean any malicious intent, I can grant them full access to the rest of the public areas of the board.
Hopefully, this'll reduce our reset spam problems. Or at least, limit it all to one area.
