Okay, I haven't been posting for a week and a half now, and I have been gaining and losing weight all week long. Mostly because I didn't sleep enough, so then I didn't have any energy for exercice nor couldn't keep myself from eating.
Anyway, it's not really important. I've had a bad week, I will just go back now to eating well and losing weight^^
I won't be doing my food diary like I did before. I keep track of my food intake with the website
Ligne en Ligne so I won't copy it here again.
I will however keep track of my moods, sleeping habits, exercice,... ;p
So, today!
- Slept nine hours. Will go to bed early again tonight! I need to catch up all the sleep I lost last week >_<
- Got up early because of the restaurant's delivery but I went to bed early too yesterday, so the day was good. I eat well in the morning as well as at lunch. I took a light snack and diner was meat for the proteins and ananas.
- I have one week left to get to 119 kg/262 lbs. if I want to win
Weightbot's challenge. I hope I will make it! ^^
- Used my treadmill for 15 mins.
