When I'm not at work (and in uniform, blech) I find myself going back to styles of dress that I had given up when I was an IT tech. I'm wearing more skirts and frilly things again and I love it. When I was with FEMA in the Payroll dept I would wear skirts quite often, mainly because I was sitting nearly all the time. When I transferred over to IT I changed my style because I never knew if I would be climbing ladders or doing things where being in a skirt wouldn't be the best idea. Plus, IT work could be dirty and that doesn't mix well with frilly things.
When I went to the mall today I dressed in a dress I bought not too long ago and I adore. Of course the family looked at me weird and made some comments.
