Geez it feels weird to have a plastic tooth. Went to the dentist today for a crown, which they didnt do, they're doing that some other day, today they just took molds and put on a temporary crown. It's not even a shaped well enough, compared to the other molars. It's so smooth. I can't stop fiddling it with my tongue. :D
I don't remember if I discussed my whole cavity thing here.... eh.
Well, I had one, and I could not STAND the pain around August last year. I actually cried one day. If you've ever had one, you'll know; and mine was pretty bad. I neglected it for a while and it started hurting in late '08 (I think I first discovered it in early '07, I'd always stick my tongue in the hole.) I mean, my goodness, it doesnt hurt all the time, but when it wants to or you irritate, it's fucking HELL. I would feel like smashing my head between two rocks. I had an abscess, of course...
...and later in '08 I had a root canal. You bet I was petrified. But it wasn't so bad. The only issue with dentists is that it's just annoying to go, boring, and extremely uncomfortable, nothing to do with pain.
ANYHOO. Today I had the first part of what will be my crown. There's like a month or two delay between my visits, don't know why, mom takes long contacting the insurance and then longer to make an appointment. Needless to say, it was some two uncomfortable hours in there.
Embarrassing point: I walked in on a lady in the restroom. ;_;
(it's a very small place, there's only one restroom, and apparently, she didnt lock the door well enough.)
Y'know, I'd never seen Forest Gump before (apparently a shocker). We've been seeing pieces of it when we have time in our ENGLISH class, not even History, mind you, and it's pretty funny. Not the making fun of a mentally challenged person, but all the other witty ideas. We're having a substitute teacher in that class (our regular Washington-looking one had a heart attack ;o;), I think he's a college student at the moment or something 'cause... he's fun. And witty. And fun. Need a reason? He's an ex Geek Squad manager. 'Nuff said.
