I Fall Into Madness
What a crazy week this has been. My good friend Toast got married to her longtime beau Josh on Friday. It was a beautiful wedding, Toast looked AMAZING. The whole being in a church thing was really awkward for me though. It was weird to just sit in a place that was founded and built upon something I don't believe in and for the most part disagree with. At one point everyone bowed their head and spoke the Lord's prayer which was super awkward for me because
1. I don't bow my head to a God I don't believe in.
and
2. I don't know the Lord's prayer.
So the ceremony would have been really nice if I wasn't just thinking FUUUUUCK the whole time. The reception was lots of fun. Chummed around with old friends who I haven't seen in forever. Brady was there and I miss him ever so. He is basically my twin in male form. We are pretty much the same person. I had some drinks, even got along pretty well with some people I've been less than a friend to the past little while. I'm glad that we could all overcome our differences or whatever for Toast. That was nice. Ashley and I were totally "those people" who the bartender remembers the drink of and we don't even have to say our order when we approach the bar. FML.
Ian and Bryn have been here and I pretty much love them both SO MUCH. They both leave today which is kind of sad.
I've got stuff floating around my mind that I can't really explain. Or that I will bother to explain. Sometimes its best to just choke things back. I will say that some people are just so untouchable you know. You don't know whether to smash their pedestal or bow down before it.
I am getting a Blackberry today, because I'm high society. But mostly because I canceled my contract with Bell because they can suck a lemon. So expect a mass text of how much number has changed pretty shortly here. That just means I have to change all my goddamn twitter device stuff. AW SHIT TWITTERBERRY.
I leave for Idaho in 2 days. I see my boys in Aiden in 3 days. I fly to New York in 6 days. I want to bring my sister to a show in New York, but she's underage. Semi Precious Weapons always plays shows down there but they are always in clubs. My dad might come with me but I can just imagine the look on his face witnessing that show. LMAO. I really wanted to see Cobra in their hometown but just my luck, they are off on a mini tour. No stalking Gabe for me =( .
