Round 4: Patel

Oct 02, 2012 11:30

After the birth of the newest Patel, Raj the green baby, Jazreen suggests it might be time for their growing family to move out of the little apartment and into a bigger house. Ramir agrees instantly, but Ana is a little concerned about their funds.

Meanwhile upstairs, Riza is excluded from all family dinners until he gets healthy again.

Ana may be the official cook of the house, but Ramir likes to prove that he can do it too sometimes.

FAIL.

The firefighter does not look hopeful...

Fortunately, he survived. From now on, all cooking will be left up to the one with the cooking points.

Ramir loves his wife; he really does. There's just something about that neighbour Callista that he can't resist. And what Ana and the kids don't know about won't hurt them, right?

There is something weird about this family's kids and hair. This same see-through effect happened to Jazreen so I changed her hair, but now it's doing funky things to Riza.

Weird hair glitches don't stop him from throwing crazy teenager parties though. Riza's a pretty easy-going guy, and friends with half the teenaged neighbourhood.

He's especially fond of Etsu Riley.

Jazreen isn't particularly thrilled with all these teenagers at her birthday, but Riza assured her that she'll like them much better after she blows out the candles.

Er, picture taking fail. That's Jazreen's side and hand there beside Naomi. Guess I got too distracted by the lovesick teens to take a proper shot of her.

Little Raj also grew up the same day Ramir was promoted to Mayor. Now that they have a decent income, and a little toddler getting underfoot, it's finally time to move out.

They don't move far. Just down the street into a house I made over for Jessica Peterson, before deciding it didn't really suit her.

The fireplace-sized hole is meant for a fireplace once they have enough money. Moving in put them back financially quite a bit.

Ah, here are the birthday kids, all grown up.

Ana's hobby is Tinkering, and now that they have a proper house, she has room to experiment with it.

I don't remember what Ramir's OTH is, but having Raj sparked an interest in the stars for him, and he encourages it in Ana as well. Ana's just there for the logic points, though. She's as career ambitious as her husband, she just doesn't have the same luck with chance cards.

Riza's hair fixed itself after moving in. Yay!

Werewolf Tara is starting to annoy me. No newspaper is safe, plus everyone either wants to become a werewolf, or have her cured of it. Some indecisive sims want both.

Riza's teenage friends continue to visit. Not even Ramir's carpool can scare them off.

Jazreen finally decides to take advantage of the constant visitors by snagging a first kiss with local bad boy Jude Goodie.

Everyone's favourite headmaster pays a visit for dinner. :)

Raj grew up and inherited the family hair glitch. Awesome. :/ He's still pretty cute, though.

Ramir thought that by moving out of the apartment, he would be away from Callista and could focus on his wife and kids like a good family man should. That plan didn't work out too well. Jazreen never had a great relationship with her father, and seeing him with someone other than her mother certainly didn't help it.

Jazreen didn't tell anyone about what she saw, though, leaving it up to her father to decide what to do next. Ramir chooses to keep quiet for now. He feels guilty for sure, but it's so nice to be able to curl up beside his unsuspecting wife. Big things like this are better left to talk about in the morning, right?
