Ah... Not to be argumentative, especially since the subject is personal for you, but I want to understand this: inter-employee relationships are banned, but there is no conflict of interest in letting family members stay employed here? That is to say: if I were having a romantic relationship with, say, Neji, that's a fireable offense, while Hinata and Neji's blood relationship is perfectly acceptable?
Family members are allowed to remain employed here. Neji and Hinata, as Itachi, Shisui, Sasuke, and Sasuko, is acceptable. To have a romantic [not platonic] relationship with any other employee is disallowed.
As I stated with Mr. Sarutobi, if you desire companionship and wish to be open about it? Then seek it outside the employee roster.
I was implying that inter-familial squabbles and in-fighting are just as disruptive to business and company morale as the tempestuousness of some romantic relationships, and they seem to pose just as much of a possible legal conundrum as well.
I do not bring in my personal issues into my business decisions. These "sqabbles" you speak of are not true. Both the Hyuuga and Uchiha families are currently at peace with each other, as demonstrated by our joint commitment within this company.

This is a policy I enacted with my other businesses. So I feel it could make things more productive if it was practiced here.
