Memo from Uchiha Madara
Doing my annual monthly check-in for here, now that I am back in the city from Germany.
I have received word that there is a new set of staff working here, plus those whose statuses have been upgraded. May I extend my congratulations and welcome you to the following: Dr. Pein, Kushina Uzumaki, Shikamaru Nara, Shisui Uchiha, Ten Ten, Naruto Uzumaki, Suigetsu Hozuki, and Shino Aburame. Most of you treat them well and with respect.
Also, think of me as a kind-hearted co-owner. And available to any concerns you may have while working here. Together, we all can create a company to envy all others with our policy of practicing equality and teamwork. Of course, if there are any concerns and suggestion of unsavory events going on within the company, do not hesitate to contact the higher administration. They are here to make working here efficient and profitable for all.
Addendum, a few things to note.
After much discussion with some administration, there has been a conclusion met. This will become in effect as of January 24th, and all of you will promptly receive new issuants of your contracts to sign. There is a new policy in effect in order to avoid and unnecessary legal issues, employee to employee relations is not allowed. We are all professionals, and to enjoy inter-company relations will not only be officially investigated, but will subject you to employment termination.
The new medical staff has been rehearsed and affirmed as appropriate, so no more queries to their capabilities, please.
