Yay for the Phenomonauts!

They have a link on the front page of myspace.

It reminded me of how fun they are. They need to come back so I can buy legal copies of any albums that I may or may not be obtaining in a few moments.

Another thing I have to do is install the old Microprose Magic: the Gathering game and look for ways to make it run on post-95 versions of Windows. I have been on forums and sites with help on how to get it to work, so I know the way is there. I only have to find it again.

Maybe now I'll be a little more capable of playing the actual game part of it. It was a fun game in which you start off a lowly magic-wielder, and build up your deck by defeating roaming witches, liches and things, exploring caves and dungeons for the cards in treasure boxes, and ultimately defeating all five of the evil wizards bent on world domination.

I was never able to defeat more than maybe one baddy outside of a town. But I didn't know which cards were actually good. I suffered from what might be called Timmyitis, which is focusing too much on the huge creatures and spells, and imbalancing my deck completely, leading to losses before I could do much.
