I just found out that Richard Garfield is teaching a class at the University of Washington called the History of Games.
I am jealous. I wouldn't mind in the least to take that class, even if Garfield wasn't teaching it.
He has some interestingly diverse knowledge on games of all sorts. I just think it would be interesting to learn from someone who could actually be an expert on gaming.

Oh, and Less Than Jake has a "new" album out. I kind of missed it. It's ok, but they seem to be ditching the ska side of their music, with the horns having a less prominent role than previous albums.
Let's just hope that they don't travel the same path as the Aquabats.
