a day later she refunds my money and tells me she "can't sell them."

am i entitled to give her feedback?
if so, neutral or negative?

she has since changed the post to just say "please delete!"

There is some big bad dramaz going on right now on Diaperswappers with a clever little scammer. A mama came on and double and even triple sold her dipes to the tune of about a grand on DS alone.
