Yay!
The DS mama with the missing package called the PO and they had it waiting for her.
Such an odd situation. Apparently she had a note in her mailbox that a package had not been delivered because it had DC and they wanted her to be there to get it... or something.
It was just plain old DC and she's gotten plenty of packages with DC just left on her porch.
So, she filled out their card saying to leave it on the porch and put it back in the box.
She got some other packages later and thought one of those had been the one the note talked about. Also, the other things she sent out with that card got to where they were going.
But, apparently the PO never bothered to deliver her package... AND had the DC saying that it had been delivered when it actually hadn't.
But she went and picked up the package today and all is well.
Phew. :-)
