Advice Please
I sold $73 worth of diapers to a mama on DS a few weeks ago. I shipped out her package, with DC, and then a few days ago she contacted me to say she didn't have the diapers.
I checked the DC and it said it was delivered on Dec 6th.
I even tried telephoning a residence with an address that was a transposition of hers and they said they hadn't gotten anything.
Now I've filed a report with USPS.
This gal has 161 positive feedback, and one neutral over 6 months ago. She's never had a negative.
So, I don't think she's scamming me...
I, on the other hand, only have 7 feedback, so I would really like to avoid a negative, KWIM?
She did not ask for insurance (though I did not specifically offer it), and I really don't want to refund her so much money because that was a lot of diapers I'd be out!
Is there anything else I can/should do?
If the PO doesn't find the package, should I just refund her?
