I sent her an email this is waht she said. no, i dont use PUL, it is industrial strength thin plastic from joanns. it is what they make utility bags with and line "dry bags" for camping.
i am so sorry it has holes in it?! i didnt notice any when i finished it. I would gladly make you another one! i promise you will find you like it better than pul- it doesnt wick AT ALL!! my customers love it!
I have never heard of a wet bag made from thin plastic.
:-/ I'd exchange it back then. I thought about it and I know what you're talking about, and I actually do think it's plastic for shower curtains. I'll buy almost any fabric from JoAnns but I use the net for PUL and OBV and other stuff like that.
I have some of the plastic from Joanns. I used it to cover my light-colored kitchen chairs so the kids wouldn't stain them. LOL I don't know about using it for wetbags. I have never tried it or even thought of trying it.
I just saw the pictures. That plastic looks a LOT thinner than what I have bought from Joanns. I don't think that thin stuff would hold up very well, not to mention the fact that with those holes the bag won't even function as a wetbag.

Ask for the item back or money, and if she refuses, leave feedback that is fair. :-(
