Okay fine, LIVEJOURNAL ENTRY BY POPULAR DEMAND. Uhh... what should I talk about? I guess I should run through the v. important stories I've read/seen/played lately, first of all.
The Blue Sword - sort of a young adult fantasy book. The Hero and the Crown (a prequel) is probably still a better book. Enjoyable nevertheless, and I did take fucking seven years or something to finally finish it so that felt good.
Foundation Series (Foundation & Empire, Second Foundation, Foundation's Edge) - read the first book a year or so ago, but never got around to the other until now. The books themselves, for some reason I didn't see until after reading Foundation's Edge, were really damn engrossing. I'll read Foundation and Earth soon, and then I want to go back to reading the classic Empire novels.
The Last King of Scotland - a damn fine movie. Not much else to say - Forrest Whitaker won best actor for it, and on those merits alone it is worth seeing.
Planescape: Torment - Its so goddamn good. I really wish I had the time to play more these past few days but I was all fucked up in this midterm and other test crap. Fuck. MOAR PULLS.
What else is new? Not honestly much else to say here. I had quite some good fun at the 3W and 3E parties which was pretty nice. Did Harvey or anyone else ever get cracking on that website? Heh, and Katie called me asexual which was highly amusing to me. Great success.
