I've put together a couple of schedules, one is a simplified cleaning schedule and the other is a running schedule. I'm in desperate need to start focusing on my 10k training now. We're heading out tomorrow for the cruise. I'm very excited for warmer weather, friends, and fancy non-alcoholic drinks. Getting us there is going to be one wild ride. My itinerary for the week looks like the following:
