I technically started this last week, but really only started yesterday. Last week I did calorie count half-hazardly. Yesterday I overate by 108 calories. Today, as of now, I short 301 calories. So, if were 100 over yesterday, and you're 100 under today, it balances out! Some people do that on purpose, it's called calorie cycling, just to keep their metabolism from getting used to it!
