Sometimes Billy questioned his lover’s choice in friends.
"I don’t mind," he said. "But next time you decide to bring someone home, would you at least tell me whether or not they’re some reformed super-villain, or whatever?"
Billy wsa standing at the kitchen door, watching Teddy cook. Noh-Varr was sitting in their living room, on their couch, like he’d never done a thing in his life.
"Give him a break. He was in the same boat as we were," Teddy said.
"And then he proceeded to welcome everyone to the capital of the New Kree Empire," Billy reminded him.
"And your point would be?"
"That’s like inviting the Super Skrull to tea."
Teddy just laughed.
