This jealousy only heightened to greater lengths when Ness was discovered to have PSI, powers hidden inside of him.
Porky couldn't take it any longer. His anger grew and he had genuinely wished his only friend to disappear.
Giygas took notice of the fat boy's wish... And so, he was given the chance.
The great evil power lured Porky all around to globe to hinder Ness. He was given power and wealth, all which should be used to stop the boy. Eventually, at the beginning of time, Porky challenged Ness for the final time in his Spider Mech. He defended all the evils of the world for the sake of satisfying his own feelings...
But he didn't care. The world could die and he wouldn't even care then.
Porky challenged Ness, but in the end, he and Giygas had lost... Porky swore vengeance and traveled to another era in his time machine, where he would come up with a new plan.
No prophecy had predicted this.
Porky became a great evil force all on his own. Gathering legions from different time periods, the great Pig Mask Army was formed, all fighting under the personal flag of King P.
They had begun their invasion on Nowhere Islands in a different time zone. It was a small island, yet its resources intrigued the Army... The power that it hid was all for the taking.
The animals there were fused together to create unnatural chimeras and the Thunder Tower was built to shoot thunder at any resisting force. Happy Boxes and money were used to keep the people in line... In a matter of three years, Nowhere Island was owned by King Porky.
One day, though, an earthquake hit, which brought the island to the rest of the world. Porky took this as his new challenge... He would expand his company to the rest of the world and one day, when the time was right, his new invasion plan would take place.
To the world, Empire Porky was just a strange company... That developed and sold toys. As its "CEO", Porky made his way to Diamond City, to oversee the opening of his first toy store.
What brings this person to Diamond City?: Why.. To sell toys. That's all. Just to sell toys.
Misc. Notes: He is fond of using his "Porky-Bots", the larger version of the "popular" line of "Mini-Porky"s.
In-Character Example Post: Diamond City's citizens seems to be so fond of using this journal system here... Well, I'm not complaining. I mean, the masses DESERVE to know and learn from what exactly an important man such as myself does~

I announced today my grand opening of Empire Porky, the first in the numerous lines of toy stores in this world!

I mean, uh... It was a funny joke. Santa Claus.. Because I sell toys... Yeeaah...
