Although legend speaks of Cresselia being one to wander Sinnoh, she vowed that she wouldn't for very long unless someone stayed at Fullmoon in an attempt to capture her. She did leave Fullmoon here and there to check up on the humans just in case of any emergency, but it would never be for too long and she'd always keep out of the humans' sight. Plus, she knew she had to be there for Darkrai. She absolutely HAD to.
After a while, though, she felt unexplicably lonely. Definitely not as much as Darkrai that she'd want to leave Fullmoon, but she still did. She wondered what it would be like to heal the sickly humans every single day of her life like those specific... people did. Nurses, were they? Yeah, nurses. She wanted and longed to be like one of them. It must feel like such an accomplishment to be able to help save peoples' lives and such like that, yeah? She assumed so! She did love helping the humans, even if she wasn't willing to reveal her identity directly unless it was needed or told towards someone she trusted enough to keep it a secret. Not that she'd ever come into such direct contact with the humans, though.
... Or so she thought.
One day, Darkrai had come to her and informed her that she was all too willing to go out into the world, knowing that there MUST be things she could do around humans that wouldn't be harmful to them in the slightest. Cresselia had to admit she liked that Darkrai wanted to get out there in the world, but on the other hand, she was quite afraid. What if her powers went in awry again and caused havoc to some? What if the humans fell under horrible nightmares and she wasn't there to dispel them? 'What if's just swirled in her head as to what would happen if Darkrai went out into human populations, but unfortunately, it did seem like she really wanted to.
She would allow it. However, Cresselia decided that she did want to follow right behind her to make sure things would be alright with her as well as with the humans she might come in contact with. Thus, she followed her out into the world, unsure as to where they'd end up.

After having heard of Rajani's traveling out to try to do things that wouldn't be harmful to anyone, Cecilia, being the protective friend she was of both the Darkrai and humans, decided to go along with her. Since she's the only one who she feels can dispel Darkrai's nightmares and bring pleasant dreams in return, she feels the need to be there so humans can sleep peacefully and so she can help Rajani, should her powers go haywire.
Misc. Notes:
- She wears two of her Lunar Wing feathers as earrings in her human form, claiming that she feels it gives her good luck with her abilities. Lucky charms? Probably. The Lunar Wing, unlike Cresselia's wings or her own body, is yellow and green. The reasoning for this is unknown. Speaking of which, human form is here!
- Cresselia's moveset is: Aurora Beam, Mist, Moonlight, and Lunar Dance. The most notable would be the last one, which is Cresselia's signature move that allows her to sacrifice her in battle (in a beautiful flurry of ~*~sparkly dancing~*~, of course) so her ally can be fully healed of any ailments and injuries. (No it's not suicide. Well, technically. She just faints.) She does not at all mind using this move, thus showing her self-sacrificial manner in general for others. Another important thing about her moveset is that Aurora Beam is her only offensive attack (Mist and Moonlight are all non-damaging, whereas Lunar Dance only damages Cresselia herself). She's very anti-violence and prefers to focus on healing techniques (explaining why she's willing to be a nurse in the RP).
- Cresselia is one of those few Legendary Pokemon that has a gender and she is female ONLY. Thus, she's not at all genderless and cannot bear both male and female forms. Only a feminine form. (Yay a legendary in my roster that ISN'T a trap 8Ub)
- Cresselia's special ability (err, in solid Pokemon ability terms, not Pokemon-only abilities) is Levitate, which prevents ground type attacks from harming her, as well as Arena Trap.
- Now, for her exclusive abilities! Cresselia has the power to dispel nightmares induced by Darkrai's powers, and in return, she can grant pleasant dreams. However, she can also help a little with better dreams through her powers and her Lunar Wing feathers she drops whilst flying. This will only be done if necessary/with mun permission. She also bears the ability to heal psychological scars if one is to even look at her, but because of possible complications I could think of from that (it seems a bit too strong and such), the ability to heal psychological scars will be VERY VERY rare (if it even happens at all) in the RP and will only happen if the mun gives me permission AND if I need to ask a mod, I'll do that. <3 I'll do everything to prevent godmodding.

- Her height and weight in Pokeform are 4'11" and 188.7 lbs. In human form, her height is ((SAME AS DARKRAI HERE I WILL DO THIS LATER ONCE I TALK TO MEG)) and she weighs... um... average-ish? Maybe she's a bit chubby, though, since she's heavier than Darkrai in Pokeform.
- 8U She may be a lesbian. She juuuust may be. NO RAJANI DON'T LOOK AT HER THAT WAY, not on you, that's more sisterly love >8U
- ... She uses hearts in her speech a LOT. ♥
- Because of her Gentle nature, her defense is lower than it should be against physical attacks, but her defense against magic power is stronger. She also prefers bitter food the most and dislikes sour food.

I've heard tales of this place. It's much bigger than I previously anticipated, but I'm glad to see it so lively and thriving with people. <3 They seem to be in great health... but of course, I always worry for those who are not, and I am sure there are those in worse states here. This is partially why I have come here, for I wish to be a nurse if I am permitted.
Though... I'm afraid I cannot do this in my state right now. Would anyone care to tell me how to become one with the humans, please? I am but a... simple Pokemon, so to speak. I would gratefully appreciate it and it may just come back to help you one day if I am to be a healing nurse in this city. I would definitely heal any wounds of body and mind if you so wish for me to. ♥ It is why I'm here.

It seems that Cresselia is surprisingly a lot more realistic than one would imagine.
She's not the type who could totally forgive "all evils of the world" and would take personal action to stop it.

Anyway, I enjoyed reading this. I think it really is admirable that the two of you worked together to create this.
Darkrai, one who should symbolize all evils, and Cresselia, one who should symbolize all good.. Are surprisingly similar.

WOW, this was really thought out. I applaud you on an app that's well-done as well as really long! The personality section in particular captures every part of her, even every way she would interact with others.
