So frickin' happy
Oh my Lord, how blessed it is to have sleep.
After her recent growth spurt of no sleep, and her consistent day-night confusion, she decided to calmly sleep in her crib from 12:30 am to 6:30 am. I had 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep! I haven't had that since before she was born. WHEEEEEEEEE.
To top it off, after her feeding and diaper change, she calmly fell back asleep and stayed asleep (in her swing in our bedroom) from 7:30 to 10:30 am. I had another blissful 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
I cannot express how happy, alert, and energetic I am today. I've vacuumed the whole house, done about 4 loads of laundry, taken out the recycling, and done lots of other random tidying and cleaning during her additional naps today.
Maybe, just maybe, my 2 month old (holy cow... she's 62 days old today) is learning to sleep properly?
I'm trying (albeit unsuccessfully) to not get my hopes up. Regardless, I'm really enjoying the day and watching my Ezri smile and coo at me.
