So while I stopped at Whole Foods today, I decided to browse the pastry section. I was thinking of getting a scone, or donut, or some little treat. I was willing to take Lactaid and deal with dairy products. * sigh * Could they stop using soy in all their baked products? Really??? All their donuts have soy flour and are cooked in soybean oil. Same for the scones, muffins, danishes, and enough other items that I gave up browsing.
On the bright side, I avoided eating those sugary empty calories ... of tempting yummy goodness :(
