i havent been on a plane since high school.
i leave wednesday morning for mathfest in madison wisconsin. im presenting research on one of the equations we worked with over the summer for my math nreup. im not very excited, id much rather stay at home and start reading my textbooks for school. i am graduating in 4 semesters which is exciting. i know all the classes i need to take from here on and my last two semesters are gonna be pretty laid back. ive downloaded some gre study booklets since i need to take the gre next fall. its like taking the sats all over again and im soooo not interested in doing it. im gonna contact ut austin to see if they even care since a lot of school (that arent mit, harvard, or the like) seem to not care for them anymore. jacob is on tour for 6 weeks with his friends band selling merchandise. they are on some label so hes getting a cut of the merchandise sold, per diem for food, hotel rooms, and other crazy sounding things. hes been gone a week and is having a lot of fun but i miss him terribly. our new roommate (and jacobs best friend) brennen officially moved in a few days ago and we get along very well though we are still getting to know each other. we went to american apparel today and got some foodies which was fun. did anyone see the preview for the new death race? i saw it before the showing of hellboy 2 and i am disgusted by it. theyve really fucked up death race 2000. seriously.
