I am SO sorry I haven't posted new fic in the last two weeks so here's a picspam out of my Random folder. I've just been busy with starting up two Arabic classes, an intense BiblicalHebrew class (homework tonight was write 552 letters, all 22 of the consonants with the 12 vowel diacritics and 4 gutturals with the three clipped vowels in both block and script type), as well as an Islamic Civilization class and a German study on the Berliner Mauer and the Cold War. It's a a lot but it's interesting so it's all good.
Coolest kid EVAR. This is Dayton Webber, who had his arms and legs amputated when he was only 11 months old to save his life from a bacterial infection. He wrestles, plays football, go-karts, ice skates, and all sorts of sports most kids wish they got to do. He's awesome and he looks way too much like my little cousins, KJ and Carter, in this picture for me to pass up the opportunity to put him up here.
Damn. I don't even know her real name but the second I saw this on a banner I had to find the original. She's the hottest woman alive, imho.

I have a certain fascination with Marie Antoinette. An Austrian girl married at the age of thirteen to a boy she had never met and would not meet for another three years, she was uprooted from her homeland, taught to read and write when it was found that she was nearly illiterate in her native language, and thrust into a world of intrigue and rococo fashion the likes of which the most virtuous of people would have fallen privy to, only to have her world torn apart by the media. Tensions eased after her first pregnancy but the media soon attacked her as the situation in France deteriorated into revolution. Ultimately, she was beheaded via guillotine and tossed into an unmarked grave, her last words being "Pardon me, sir, I did not mean to do it" to the executioner as an apology for stepping on his foot.
