I go back and forth with Robin, quite frankly... Sometimes I think she's great, sometimes I think she's too... weird. I really loved her in this week's episode, though, so I guess that's an improvement.

"I get so mad at Barney sometimes, like where are his FEELINGS that he took two and a half seasons to develop? Gone?"
THIS!!!!!
I always remember that episode with the 100 or 200 girls he's slept with, and at the end he just goes "so what now?", somehow implying that he wants something else now and then he sees Robin... It's like that whole saga of him dealing with his feelings and learning to be a better man NEVER HAPPENED!!!
He spent a whole season in love with Robin and doing anything to get her, and now it's like that never happened!

I think that's what's making me pissed at this season...

"I feel like the show has to take away from Barney and Marshall to make us love Ted the way they always wanted us to"
I think so too. But that's good! It's nice to actually like the lead character for a change. :)
I'm loving this new Ted! I really am!
Maybe at some point the writers will figure out a way to make ALL of them awesome at the same time.
