First the serious stuff--I agree about the whole Merlin telling Arthur that Morgause was lying thing. I mean, it's obvious he didn't want to, and it killed him to do it, but I believe Arthur wouldn't be a great king he's destined to be if he started off by killing his father.

Now to glee-I laughed SO hard at the twitter stuff and camelotube, i had people coming in to check what the hell i was doing, absolutely brilliant!

THANK YOU!
Oh, it's great to know I'm not the only one who feels this way... I was just shocked when I read so many people hated the last 5 minutes.

AW, thanks! :)

Totally not the only one who feels that way at all. I have my doubts that Merlin was technically even lying at all, given that I think half of what Igraine said was actually Morgause speaking ...

I love the Camelot guards. I really, really love those guards. They're so awesome they deserve their own LJ community.

lol - what got me was Merlin shouting about "NO MORE ROPE" ... uhhhh, hello Merlin, you do realise there are guards outside? Owait ... they're ... what's the word, I can't think of it ... I'll get it in a sec - oh yeah!

DEAF.

gg.

LOVED this episode madly though, and loved your picspam. Including the Python refs - Monty Python & the Holy Grail is my fave Python movie and I've seen Spamalot a few times :D

I also think it may have been Morgause speaking... or at least she had done SOMETHING, because that was her plan all along, so she must have ensured that Igraine would talk about it.
We know what she said is true, but maybe that wasn't his mother at all...

HAHA! YES!!!
I remember when I was watching it, I laughed so hard at that! Because Arthur was whispering to not call attention (even though he was hanging by a rope just outside the castle, but whatever) and then Merlin just SCREAMED!
But then again, WHEN do the guards ever notice ANYTHING??????
I think they're just not worried about it anymore. hehe

Thanks! :D
I love Holy Grail, it's my favorite Python movie too. I've seen it so many times, I've lost count... and yet I ALWAYS laugh. :)

This made me laugh several times. Love the Monty Python guards -- so true, and I can't believe I didn't think about that when I was watching it!

Also, your version of Arthur's rant at Uther had me giggling out loud. So true!

hehe as soon as I saw Uther asking the guards to keep a watch on Arthur, I immediatelly thought of the Python scene. And then later on when he complained to them, it just seemed like it was deliberate.

Aw, thanks! :D It's the only way I could think of to make that scene even remotely funny.
