NY Marathon 2011

Well I am back to this journal for a while.  I am starting to train for the New York Marathon.  The Marathon is November 6th 201, of from today it is just over 300 days.  I am planing on following the Novice Supreme 30 week training plan designed by Hal Higdon www.halhigdon.com.  The 30 weeks does not start for a while but I am going to start anyway. Hitting the gym a few times a week at least until the snow melts.

I really need to loose a few pounds, but I don't have plans yet to start liking lettuce or diet soda. Maybe some small changes and lots of water.

I still suck at this LiveJornal thing, but I will try.
