What a nice weekend!!
Finally a nice weather weekend!! Warm and sunny!
I missed a blog day (to busy Saturday to post). On Saturday we got up early to drive down to Philadelphia for the Red Cross Walk. My sister and her husband live outside of Philadelphia and we joined them, my parents, and lots of dogs. My parents have 2, my sister has 2, and we have 2. The 2 puppy were crewing on each other all day! The walk was nice. It was nice to get out of the house. After that, we had a birthday party for my nephew with Ice Cream cake!! We did not get back till late though.
This morning we did not get up so early. I played bells in church and then hit the Fine Grind for soup and a muffin. Of to the grocery store for some food. We came home for a little while before heading out again for a concert at my parents church. The trip was pretty uneventful.
I have not had any comments on my blog yet, but i guess it isn't very interesting reading this stuff.
i guess i should think of something interesting to say....
Hmmm.....
At this risk of being cortroversial, I will ask this question: Why do people continue to build in areas that flood constantly? or Why do people who live in flood prone areas seem surprised when their houses flood? or Why don't people move their cars to higher ground when they are told it is going to flood? or why do people who live in flood areas store so much important stuff in their basements?
Don't get me wrong, i feel bad for people who got flooded. But, it wasn't unexpected.
