Halloween
Only one week left of October! This week seems to be all about Halloween between our party last Saturday night and playing Halloween Bingo with the kids at work. I am enjoying it. Our Halloween party was a pretty good time. We made at least $900 for St. Jude's so that was good. However, not too many of our family/friends showed up. I guess we are getting to the age where everyone else has other commitments or people just aren't into the Halloween party thing anymore. Maybe we will just go as guests when they have the party next year. It will take out the stress of planning and we can come and go as we please. I guess we have a year to think about it. Sunday was pretty much a recovery day. Steve and I didn't do much besides grocery shopping and cooking dinner. I am looking forward to Friday since it's not only going to be the start of the weekend, but we can also hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters.
