One More Week!
I can't believe that I am going to be on vacation at this time next week. It definitely doesn't feel like it. I have so much paperwork to take care of between now and then. At least there is a light at the end of this very long tunnel. Here's what we have been up to this week:
- Our fridge finally got fixed today! I guess the part that we needed was back ordered and that was why it took them so long to come back and fix it. It will be so nice having full use of the fridge again. Now we have to go over to Steve's parent's house to pick up the frozen stuff to put back in the freezer. :)
- We went out to Holyoke for Father's Day this past weekend. We had a nice time visiting with everyone. My mom wasn't feeling that well so ended up ordering in on Saturday night. German food is definitely better at the restaurant. We also got my dad a "Fudgy the Whale" cake from Carvel (just like we did when we were kids). We spent the rest of the night hanging out with Donna, Jered, and David.
- We headed back home around noontime on Sunday because we needed to be at Jeff and Penny's house for Father's Day and Skylar's birthday. It was fun watching Skylar open and play with her new presents. I can't believe she is already three!
- Not much else has been going on. I have been too stressed to do much else besides work. I am so glad that it's almost over. Three and a half work days to go!
