my boss is leaving in like 9 days. this sucks. shes damned good at what she does and works well with everyone here. i enjoy having her as my boss and that we collaborate on so much shit on a daily basis makes it even better. we kinda 'get' each other.
im happy shes getting back into what she wants to do, but for me its total ass. i loose one of the best bosses ive had here in a damned long time, a friend and cohort in crime.
i end up with no direct boss for god knows how long, a lead who just cant quite lead and the impending holidays and the normal uncertainty of work here brought to just that next level.
for me, i see it as just such a shitty deal.
