the thing about multivitamins is that i always forget to eat them in the morning which is the arbitrary time i've decided that i should eat them. most of the time i forget, then i get home around 7PM and wonder if i should eat one. then i think that maybe i will remember to eat one tomorrow morning, at which point the multivitamins will be eaten too closely together for my comfort. i can just hear the coroner now: "yep, check out THIS genius. ate 2 multivitamins within 12 hours and died of a vitamin b12 overdose. its a shame that a life as young as this was wasted on a cheap vitamin rush."
aside from ODing on vitamins, i always wonder while i'm eating it which part of it im taking in at any given moment. i'll feel a little piece come off the main tablet and wonder to myself- "was that some vitamin D or Riboflavin? it didnt exactly have a riboflavin texture. maybe it was some niacin. yep, definitely niacin."
