Ah? [he's wearing a familiar quilted coat, and looking around...not quite lost, after all!]

[the sound of footsteps precedes little Allen coming down the hall, a big grin on his face]

Kitty! [and indeed there is a cat hurrying along in front of him. It's clear they're both playing a game]

[several events beyond his control have left little Allen pretty alone lately. Today he's eating from two huge trays in Jerry's cafeteria, but he's all by himself]

[Allen is sitting on the grass in one of the courtyards, a big fluffy teddy bear in his arms. His attention is fixed on the branches of a tree, and he's sort of smiling, but also sort of sad. Come say hello!]

[little Allen walks carefully down the hall with his hands out in front of him. He's carrying something that from a distance looks like a mess of sticks and grass, but up close holds three blue-green, tiny eggs. He knows eggs are breakable, so he's trying his hardest not to trip and fall]

[Little Allen was on the way to give gifts to all of his friends when something happened. All of a sudden he felt weak and just toppled over, the basket of flowers scattering beside him.
