[One might be outside or catching a glimpse of the scenery through the window. But wait, Wasn't it bright and sunny just a moment before? The clouds have rolled in blocking out the golden rays, but they can't obscure them completely. The area is left in a haze of oranges and golds as if a fog had settled in. The door just passed by? Gone. The ( Read more... )

[It's easy enough tell, anyway, that the sudden shift in the scenery is a rather poor omen. He turns to glance behind him and to the sides, trying his best to make out the whispered words and determine what direction they're coming from-- ahead? And they're getting louder, aren't they.

Well. Nothing to do but to start moving forward.]

[Something squirms by his leg having trouble moving in the underbrush of leaves. It yips and tries to get its bearings but fails knocking into Allen's legs again.]

[WHAT WAS THAT he stops mid-step at the first brush-past. And once it knocks into him a second time, he leans down to sift through the leaves and try to locate... whatever it is.]

[Allen picks up a beagle. It tries to lick his face if he brings him up close enough. It is more than excited to see him and wags its tail back and forth. It barks at him a few times no longer muffled by the leaves.

It is a bit beaten up, though. No apparent wounds but it looks like part of its fur is caked with dry blood.]

[...oh.

Allen stares dumbly at the beagle for a moment, holding it up by the scruff of its neck. Er.]

What the hell?

[After a moment, he supports it with his other hand and brings the dog closer to inspect the blood dried on its fur, angling his head away to avoid any tongue-to-face contact. Even if there aren't any injuries evident, this is all as worrisome as it is bewildering; he runs one hand over the dog's side, checking to see if it shows any signs of being in pain.]

[Its squirms in his arms, but doesn't manage to get out. When Allen checks its side for injuries, he finds none. The dog is in no pain. Actually, it seems really excited about being carried and given attention to.

There is a noise, a rustling up ahead that gets the dogs ears to perk up. It barks as if urging Allen to go in that direction.]

[...At least there's that, then. But it does leave the question of where the blood came from...

At the sound up ahead, he debates with himself for a second before holding the dog against his left shoulder and heading that way; he's aware he could be walking straight into a trap, but hesitating or trying to escape when the Dressing Room is playing tricks hardly seems like the prudent option. Might as well find out what's going on.]

[The path will seem mundane and repetitious until he makes it a good way. When he does, he'll find Tyki leaning up against a tree with one arm cradling another dripping with blood. He'll look up at Allen and his guest and his expression will go wide.]

Boy, that isn't a dog!

[That weight on your left shoulder is going to get heavier and heavier. And what was once the barking of one head is now three.]

[Immediately displeased to find Tyki there, and his eyes are drawn right to his bloody arm. What Tyki actually says only registers when the 'dog' starts to gain a few pounds.]

Wh-- [WHAT. Pulling his guest away from his shoulder that instant-- and dropping it because THREE HEADS WHAT'S GOING ON]

[The 'dog' continues to grow until it towers over Allen. Skin turns jet black and there are three heads all set with razor sharp teeth. One of the heads howls into the air while the other two snap at the Exorcist trying to make him into a tasty snack.]

[One of the nice things about having been an Exorcist for four years is that it teaches you how to keep your wits about yourself when normal-looking things unexpectedly transform into massive demonic things.

He activates his claw in an instant, slashing at any mouths that get too close as he backs away.]

Tyki!! [SOMEHOW THIS IS YOUR FAULT]

[Tyki would argue about this being his fault. A fair number of things are, but a dog with three heads, come now.

The dog bounces back at the claw coming at him, it grazes the side of one head as another tries to munch down on it. The third head having finished its howling display growls and aims for the Exorcist's head.

Tyki does join the fray at this point a white shield forming on his arm as he make contact hard with that third head going for Allen's head. It is a wet and meaty thwack as Tyki manages to hold his ground and not get toppled by the weight of it.]

[Tyki's daring rescue wins him a few points for the time being, anyway. Allen continues to try to ward off the snapping jaws with his claw, but decides to go ahead and try to also muzzle the center head with his Innocence belt.]

What's going on!?

[The center head does get muzzled and it rears it head back at the action. The dog at its full height with head extended up it twice the size of Allen as it shakes its head back and forth to dislodge Crown Clown's weapon.

Allen manages to avoid to other snapping maw and it changes its tactic. Instead of trying to bite him, its going to try to bull rush him. A knocked down target might not squirm as much.]

She got bored again evidently. Or you've done something to anger it.

[Of course, the problem wouldn't be him, would it? He puts his full weight behind his shield and knocks the head away. It reels to the side, giving Tyki access to its neck which he cuts cleanly off.]

She--? [As the head rushes him, Allen swipes at it, with a hopefully well-timed Edge End attack. Although if it can shrug that off, he's definitely getting knocked down.]

[Maybe its the brown hair. Or maybe its the no nonsense attitude. The head is knocked back with a raging howl from the beast. Tyki uses the distraction to roll under the creature's massive belly and place his hand on it. Allen can't see them, but he summons Tease to fill that wide cavern of organs and bone. Not the quickest of deaths, but his best option as he moves out from under the creature not wanting to stay in one place too long.

That leaves only one head, muzzled, that isn't distracted. It can't snap at Allen so it tries to squish him flat.]
