[ SOME TIME INTO THE MEETING...

Tyki gets up at the front of the room, and waits for relative quiet. ]

That's it? Are we all good now? Great. If you've bothered to do your homework, you'll know why you're all here. We've gotten lazy, haven't we? We should have let the events of January be a wake up call, but they weren't.

Now a new monster is on the loose, one that could arrive in far greater quantities than they exist in any world. One that the Noah could use against us. We can't let that happen. We live here in relative peace... for now. Should the Noah get any ideas, well... we're sitting ducks like this, aren't we?

So fill out those forms, if you haven't already. All of you! Even if you've got no powers, no Innocence, nothing but your own two hands-everyone can help. We've got a lot of work to do.
