[ today's the day: you've been summoned to a meeting room deep in the North Wing. There are refreshments available, punch and crackers, all set out on a table at the back of the room. The front of the room is lined with whiteboards, covered in diagrams, with names and places on it- both related to the Exorcists and to the Noah. There is also a table with a bunch of file-folders on them. They all contain the same thing: an incident report and selected details of the Alma Karma case, enough to get the idea that more Akuma like that showing up is a Very Bad Thing.
After your credentials are checked, you'll be properly greeted at the door by a Finder. You should have received a form to fill out and send back, but if you didn't turn one in already, given a form at the door. From there you can fill out your form if need be and turn it in, then talk amongst yourselves. There will be an announcement later. ]

The information on Alma isn't extensive, but enough to give the general idea that it's Serious Business. Also, as an unfortunate side effect of the intention of this event, no Noah allowed! If you do play a Noah and would like to get checked at the door, organize with your peers who's gonna kick you out!
Also, feel free to assume that you'll know your general roles. This means whatever is listed under the "task" column of the table. But no mission details yet!
