Because, as you know, with these thousands and thousands of characters and maybe just as many worlds here in the Dressing Room, it's hard for everyone to keep track of which world wants which character, which slots are still open-- without running around looking for the journal of the person who started the world. And some people are interesting in picking one up, but, again, aren't sure which are and aren't taken, and are too lazy uncreative conscientious to make their own verse to add another verse to the millions already out there. 8)
