She really likes him! Very honestly, openly likes him. That said, she doesn't know him very well ICly (or even... OOCly...), so it isn't as if she's had much of a chance to form a negative opinion on him. What counts to her is that he's pretty friendly to her, and doesn't seem to have as many reservations as a 'normal' Allen-- which she surprisingly finds she likes a little. There is a lot about him that she doesn't understand, though, like his eyes and why he has a bad shoulder and what, exactly he is. His behaviour at the Noah picnic-- when he first approached her and let her assume he WAS a Noah-- admittedly kind of freaked her out, because you just... never know in the DR. But even considering that, he did also try to convince her not to get herself killed, so that... that's familiar. It's Allen. And so she likes that about him.
Lenalee... I think has something of a complex towards Mean. He acts so different from hers but she's still always catching glimpses of how similar he is, so she's not only protective of him in the way she's protective of almost all Allens; she's protective because he's got this barrier built up around him kind of like hers. And for that, she wants to be there for him and make him feel comfortable coming out from behind it.
Still, more often than not she feels awkward and out-of-place when she spends time with him-- a feeling that escalated after he called her out on her idiocy with Leverrier and the Noah picnic. Her own Allen would have made her feel the same way about it in his own Allen-way, but Mean straight up called her out on it, and she's horribly embarrassed about it.
That said, her fight with him has torn her up in such a way that when she comes back, she's probably going to be equal parts wanting desperately to find and apologize to him, and never wanting to go near him again

And don't worry, he's not in a hurry to go near her with activated Innocence under any circumstance, anytime soon. ....Maybe they can find a less trauma-inducing activity. Like baking :|a
A-ahaha, oh dear. Lenalee is really, really torn about Miss Tyki. For the most part, she does her best to view her as a Noah, the enemy, someone to be wary around, etc., etc., etc. But the problem with that is-- she's never really done anything to make Lenalee believe that she'll hurt her. Even if she is a Noah and did make offhanded threatening remarks the first time they met, since then, all Butterfly's done is been a lingering presence, a forced 'friend'. Made her uncomfortable. And she does feel uncomfortable around her, especially since learning the identity of her husband-- because it reminds her of the little hints Tyki had dropped that first time and makes her go "asdfkajsdaspdoad" inside a little.
THAT SAID, I don't think Lenalee actually hates her the way she acts like she does. She wouldn't attack her unless Tyki took the first move, and she actually prefers it that way. A wary truce, if you will.
She does still feel that if they're so much as in the same wing together, Tyki'll find her, though.
Ragnallen... I think after that thread with the piano room, she's really started to worry about him. She's. So tired of that room, that piano, that melody. It's part of who he is and his history, and she understands that, but... it doesn't stop her from wanting to erase that part of it for him.
Otherwise, Lenalee thinks of him as a very dear friend. She would fight for him at the drop of a hat and without a second thought; and chances are that if she had to die to help him, she would. She's still oh-so-very curious about his home world-- why his eye is that colour-- but I think she's actually become a little afraid to ask. She may even have a budding crush on him, in that childhood, tease-you-because-I-like-you kind of way. Not that she would ever act on it. Cross-world romances are an even bigger no-no than romance in general for her. So.
Since finding out about his alliances, Lenalee's view on Spy has been of the 'pretend it all away' variety. She actually really, really wants him to be angry with her, because truth be told, she's angry at herself and she wants to stay angry, and it'd be so much easier if he'd just go along with it. If he's upset with her, she has something concrete to apologize for. And that aside, she's so... tired... of accidentally learning about mixed allegiances; that people she wants to trust feel like they need to hide these things from her. It hurts worse finding out after building false trust

Childhood best friend. Loved him wholly and entirely.
It was for his own good. He had to die before he could Fall. Bitter relief that she could at least be the one to 'save' him.
Deserved everything he got.
