Title: A Broken Man
Words: 350
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Nudity, Angst
"I told you not to come here," Ginny said irritably as she pulled her quilt up around her chest to shield her nakedness from the blonde intruder. She glanced nervously at her bedroom door, certain she'd hear at least four pairs of footsteps. If anyone in this house knew that Draco Malfoy was in her bedroom, they'd both be killed--possibly. When not a sound erupted out in the hall, she looked back at the defeated looking man. "Draco, why are you here?"
Draco stood in the moonlit window, drenched from the rain Ginny could hearing pounding on the roof. "There's going to be a hearing." His voice sounded very different from the voice she'd grown accustomed to. It was void of the verbal smirk and smugness it usually carried, regardless of the context of his words. She never heard him sound so small, so vulnerable.
She sat up straighter in her bed as he crossed the room to stand next to her. "What? A hearing? What for?" She already knew. Kingsley had told the members of the Order that day, though she, along with the others, had been sworn to confidentiality. The underage Death Eaters would be brought in for a hearing which would determine whether or not they'd be tried as adults for their involvement in the war.
Draco said nothing, but Ginny saw the faint traces of angry tears on his cheeks. He leaned forward and slammed his fist against the wall. Ginny lost all thought of self-consciousness as she leapt from her bed and wrapped her arms around the broken man. "Shh, Draco. It will be alright." Her voice did not show the uneasiness that she felt.
Draco shook his head but wrapped the arm that wasn't holding against the wall around her and pulled her closer to him. He took solace in her flowery scent. For now, everything was alright. "Let me stay with you, Ginger," he implored quietly, eyes tightly shut, "just for tonight."
Pressing her lips to Draco's jaw, Ginny nodded, knowing this was a bad idea but unable to care. "For tonight."

Title:Temptation
Words:350
Rating:PG 13
Warnings:Talk of lust, longing, temptation, and potential adultery.
I didnt use the prompt literally but used it for inspiration and the general feel of the painting so hope thats acceptable.
Draco and Ginny had spent countless hours together in preparation for the upcoming Quidditch World Cup. Ginny was the wife of famed Auror Harry Potter yet Draco felt no remorse about his lustful feelings towards her.
“Ginny, do you ever feel lonely?” he questioned her late one evening.
“I mean, with Harry away so often on Auror business, don’t you get awfully lonely in that big drafty house of yours?”
“That’s none of your business!” she said just a tad bit harsher than she had intended.
She knew where Malfoy’s conversation was headed and feared the feelings her handsome colleague stirred within her.
“Perhaps it is.” he whispered as he took her hand. “A woman as beautiful as you doesn’t deserve to be left alone so often.”
He saw a faint blush creep up her cheeks while a slight smile twitched at the corner of her lips at his compliment. He lifted her hand to his lips and gently kissed the inside of her palm. He felt her tremble at his touch and knew she would be unable to resist his seduction. The temptation was far too great and she would succumb easily.
“I’m scared…,” she whispered in a tone so low it barely registered.
“Scared of what?” he said with his usual brand of arrogance.
“Of what may happen here. Knowing I might betray Harry by giving into such lustful temptation just because I have been rather lonely.”
She looked him in the eye and he saw her hesitation. He knew a battle was raging from within, part of her wanted to remain true to her husband out of duty while another part of her wished to be wrapped tightly in his embrace.
“The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself. Give in Ginny, let me take away your longing.” he said in a husky voice.
He felt such relief and victory as their lips met in the lustful union he‘d so longed and hoped for.

Title: Dare
Words: 350
Rating: R
Warnings: language, sexual situations
"It's your turn, Malfoy," Ginny teased, nodding towards the empty bottle. "Truth or dare?"
Draco considered the question carefully. The Muggle game had already proven disastrous, the party to celebrate house unity officially ruined when Draco's spin landed on Hermione and he dared her (in the name of house unity) to suck his cock. Gryffindor had turned on Slytherin with Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw acting as referees, the revelers slowly shuffling out until Draco and Ginny were the only two left.
"Alright, Weaselette. Dare."
"I dare you to... kiss my foot," she pronounced, slipping off a shoe and wiggling her toes at him.
Draco didn't hesitate. Crossing over to the fiery-haired witch, he knelt before her and picked up her leg firmly at the ankle. His grey eyes smoldered as he pressed the flat of his tongue against her arch and licked a wide swath up her foot, dragging the wet tip over her big toe before circling his lips over the appendage. Ginny's breath caught when he sucked her into his mouth, the caress of his tongue wickedly sinful. Unbidden images of that greedy, probing muscle drew a hot blush.
"Your turn," he hummed, nipping at the ball of her foot.
His silver gaze was dangerous, mirroring the secret lust that dominated her fantasies.
Ginny knew she should push away. She wasn't allowed to want Draco, but the memory of his tongue had fractured her resolve.
"Dare," she answered before reason quashed desire.
"I was hoping you'd say that," Draco growled, clutching Ginny's hips and pulling her forward until her thighs hugged his waist. "I dare you to kiss me," he purred.
Ginny's heart thundered. She wanted desperately to kiss him, but Weasleys didn't kiss Malfoys. Did they?
"I can't," she whispered, refusing to meet his eyes.
"Would it help if I locked the door?" he murmured, flicking out his wand and sealing the entry.
Ginny bit her lip.
"Come on, Ginevra. Live a little," he crooned in her ear, igniting a fire in her sex.
Meeting his gaze, Ginny gave in to desire, pressing forward and accepting his dare.

Title: Focus
Words: 350
Rating: PG
Warnings: None.
“Draco?” Pansy’s voice cut through the haze of other noises in the Ministry’s dining hall, but he couldn’t focus on it, his attention across the room, sitting across from Harry Potter and smiling.
She’d been here every day for nearly a month at the same time, eating sub-par Ministry fare with someone who had left her unceremoniously for her brother, and whenever Draco saw her, he couldn’t quite seem to-
“Draco.” Pansy’s voice was more insistent. “Concentrate.”
She was beautiful, really. He didn’t know why he’d never noticed it while they were in school, but as she sat there, a distraction of the most tempting sort, he couldn’t make himself ignore it.
“Draco Malfoy,” Pansy said, now accompanied with an enthusiastic poke to the center of his forehead. Firmly back in reality, he scowled at her.
“Pansy, love,” he said, rubbing his forehead, “don’t make me break your finger. You know how you hate the Infirmary.”
She huffed, rolling her eyes at his threat. “I just want to know when your mother expects me for tea on Saturday. Then you can go back to staring at Potter’s former beard in peace.”
He began to deny it, but her disbelieving raised eyebrow stopped him. “Really, Draco. If you want in her knickers so badly, I’m sure all you have to do is ask. I mean, you heard those distasteful rumors about her at school…”
But Draco’s attention had wandered again when, from the corner of his eye, he saw her gather her long red hair and rest it on one shoulder. It gave him a spectacular view of her neck and the pronounced dip at her collar bone, and his mouth went dry.
He didn’t realize he was moving until he was halfway across the room and she was looking at him with some mix of curiosity, amusement, and…expectancy? But it didn’t matter, because he was kissing her then, and she wasn’t shoving him away.
“Thank Merlin,” Potter said when he pulled away. Ginny smirked at Draco’s confusion, and Potter continued. “Well, it’s not as though she was here for me.”

Title: The Direct Approach
Words: 350
Rating: PG13
Warnings:
Every man had his breaking point.
Draco had long since recognised this as a singular, indisputable fact. He had accepted it, having ventured near-and some might say beyond-it on several occasions in his life. He had done everything he could to possibly avoid going near it.
As he watched the nearly christened ex-Mrs Potter parade through the Ministry lobby for the third time that week, her hair swishing and a wiggle in her walk, he realised he might have greatly overestimated his breaking point.
"What is she even bloody doing here, anyway?" he grumbled, earning an apprehensive look from the witch stood next to him. Embarrassment tinged his cheeks. Determinedly, he pushed away thoughts of Ginny Weasley-at least until his secretary started gossiping about her. He stood at his office door, straining to hear, but to no avail.
The next morning she was there again, showing off an alluring length of leg as she weaved her way across the floor. Draco's eye twitched. He had not slept a wink the previous night-or for the week before it.
Impulsively he left the queue for the lifts. Polite enquiries had not gotten him anywhere; a more direct approach was in order.
He followed her through the Ministry until he saw her disappear through a plain office door. He hesitated. By rule, unmarked doors were viewed with caution in the Ministry. Ginny had gone through, though, and had done so on a daily basis, so at least he knew there was nothing fatal awaiting him.
A hand grabbed his arm, yanking him forwards into a sharp, hard kiss before he felt himself being pushed back against the door. There was the audible scrape-click of a bolt sliding into place.
"Every bloody day," Ginny growled. "Stood there, watching me."
"What?" he exclaimed.
Ginny kissed him again, biting down on lightly on his lip. A shiver ran through him, terminating in his groin and drawing an approving murmur from her.
"I thought I was going mad," she breathed.
Draco's eyes widened.
It seemed every woman had a breaking point as well.

Title: A Fool
Words: 350
Rating: K
Warnings: Maybe infidelity? Otherwise none.
Of course Hermione had thought she had only ever wanted to be with Harry.
Of course, that couldn’t be farther from the truth.
When she had told Hermione that there could be someone else, Hermione had been struck dumb. It wasn’t until Ginny explained that she didn’t want there to be a ‘someone else’ that Hermione could form a coherent sentence.
Most of those sentences had been trying to get Ginny to reveal who it was. But she didn’t, so Hermione had moved on to other questions.
However, it all boiled down to the fact that there was someone else taking Harry’s place and that Ginny didn’t particularly mind.
For a long time Hermione had been silent, trying to think of what to say. Finally, she had stood and moved towards the door, not looking at her as she spoke.
“The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself,” she had said and left the room.
Now Ginny lies in the large four poster bed looking down at her temptation.
His breathing is deep and even and he looks almost innocent. She runs her fingers through his hair and across his chest lightly, noting the thin scar that ran across his torso.
Hermione’s words echo through her mind and Ginny wonders how she had thought they would help.
They close the door clumsily, attacking each others’ mouths furiously as he reaches for the bolt, locking the door.
She wonders momentarily why it’s taken this long to get here and the only reason she can think of is Harry.
And that she’s a fool.
They land on the bed unceremoniously and she doesn’t doubt anymore. She knows who she should be with.
Now Ginny looks down at the man she spent most of her sixth year with. The man who, after years of arguing and insults, she finally sees as a man.
Now, Ginny is happy that the temptation is gone.
She only wonders how she’ll tell her family.

'I can't believe I've been made to look after a child,' Johnson whines, leaning with his head against the wall and looking despairingly at his partner.
'Shut up,' the other responded curtly.
-x-
'We've done it, sir,' a delighted voice announced. Draco Malfoy, who had been sat in his favourite armchair by the library fire, didn't even look.
'You forgot to knock,' he said icily.
'No, sir, the thing is, see, is that we've done it,' the eager voice, belonging to a tiny man, went on.
'So you've said, Pettigrew,' Draco responded, swiveling around in his chair to face him. 'Tell me, are you keen to test my patience?'
'Sir?' Peter Pettigrew responded blankly, blinking in confusion.
'You fail to mention what you have done.'
'Why,' Pettigrew said, as if it was obvious, 'we've captured an Order member. She's down in the dungeons.'
-x-
'Do you hear that?' Johnson asked, pulling himself away from the wall and standing up straight.
'Hear what?'
'That,' Johnson said and then, quick as lightning, he was pulling out his wand and spelling the door open.
'What are you doing?' hissed his companion venomously. 'Have you gone completely mad? The - OI! YOU! HOLD IT!'
Ginny turned her face round. She didn't lower her hand from the sharp, iron bolt on the secret passageway, only reached further.
Johnson who - contrary to his appearance - wasn't a man of many words, had gone up to her and was pulling her away from the door, not even bothering with magic.
'Have you gone completely mad, Ginny?' Johnson snapped.
Ginny spat in his face. 'You're a sad excuse for a Ravenclaw.'
-x-
'Dungeons?' Malfoy repeated. 'Take me to her.'
'How long has she been here?' Draco asked.
'Five days,' Wormtail responded.
Draco narrowed his eyes. 'Go up to my room, Pettigrew. I'll deal with this.'
-x-
'Sir!' Johnson said, relieved, when Malfoy appeared in the doorway.
Ginny, taking advantage of his momentary distraction, reached for the bolt again.
'Stupefy!'
Ginny's eyes widened.
'Go!' Malfoy hissed.

Title: Why Yes, She Did
Words: 350

“Draco, don’t--.”
Pale eyebrows arch simultaneously, pushed by his snort. “Because…?”
“Just don’t. You know? Don’t.”
“Listen to me, Gin. They’ll have to find out one day.”
She puts on a frown under his gaze, and slouches her shoulders under his grabbing fingers. “Not like this - Draco, not now, of all times.”
“I thought you were bolder,” he teases, a trace of bitterness and dare in his voice. It’s the way he cocks his eyebrow - again, a single one this time - that makes her flush and curl her fists against his chest.
“What do you know about this? How do you even care?”
She turns around abruptly and heads to the bed, throwing herself on it and hiding her face between the pillows. Draco knows better than to jump right in; he walks slowly to the window instead, wait, then says casually, “We should let more light in.”
After a while, Ginny raises her face, pursed lips and no trace of a smile; she eyes him warily. “First you wanted them in, now -.”
“You’re wrong. I wanted us out. Not hiding anymore, I’m tired of hiding - can’t you see that I’ve hidden most of my life?”
She hates admitting that she’s wrong, and even more, she hates to admit that he might be right. Her parents should know (but why would he care, his don’t care, they’re -), nice one, Gin, now you think he’s lucky with a dead father and an insane mother?
She hates her train of thoughts.
“I’m opening this door,” he decides calmly. Next he knows, her arms are wrapped around his and her eyes are begging him to think.
“Just - a day or two, really. Let them get over the… other thing first.”
“Are you ashamed with me?”
He could have hit her, and it wouldn’t have hurt her as much.
“Low, Malfoy. Very low, even for you.”
“Then let me open the bloody door!”
Slowly, she releases him, and without looking, she says in a tiny voice, “Yes.”
“I’m sorry?”
“I said - .”
“I thought you said yes.”
Why yes, she did.

Title: Last Night
Words: 350
Rating: Pg-13?
Warnings: None:)
Pressing a hand to her forehead, Ginny pushed away from her desk. It was impossible to do work in this heat, especially with the mild hangover from last night. Wincing as a particularly dreadful moment resurfaced in her mind, she decided she needed a break.
Outside, she began to breathe easily. Allowing her mind to wander anywhere besides yesterday. Turning the corner, she paused with her hand on the door to the café.
No, her mind was playing tricks on her again, she thought, staring at the fair haired man at the corner of the street. She had already seen Draco Malfoy six times today! She was not going to allow her mind to trick her again.
Muttering an apology to the lady clucking her tongue impatiently at her and moved aside so she could enter the café.
When she turned back, she could see Draco making his way over to her, a half smile playing at the corner of his lips.
Suppressing a momentary flare of panic, she stood her ground, waiting for him to reach her.
“Fancy seeing you here” She said, leading the way in.
“I was actually on my way to the Apothecary, needed to pick up a potion for last nights activities.” He said with a wink.
Ginny rolled her eyes, “Well, I’ve got to get going,” she said, standing up quickly as she started to leave.
“Oh come on now,” he called, following her outside and pulling her wrists, “you haven’t even gotten yourself a drink yet. You’re on lunch break from work right now, are you not? Surely you could spend a few moments in my company. You certainly did not mind it last night.”
“Will you be quiet?” Ginny cried, her cheeks flushing. “Someone will hear!”
“So?” he whispered, leaning, brushing his nose against her cheek.
“Stop” Ginny whispered half-heartedly, repressing a flurry of shudders.
Draco laughed softly in her ear, his lips tracing her jaw, her lips, her knuckles. “Never” he said, sliding his arms around her and pulling her to him.
With a loud crack, they had apparated to Draco’s flat.
