Andrew and Jared had a talk, after the events of last night.

Pylades24601: Andrew: *looks up* Hello. *sets his gun down*
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *salutes* Hello, Sir.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *very glad gun has been put down, but still eying it nervously*
Pylades24601: Andrew: *tries not to roll his eyes* You don't need to salute, Jared. *and puts the gun back in its holster*
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *fidgets, not knowing what to say to that*
Pylades24601: Andrew: *slightly amused smile* Sit down?
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *sits*
Pylades24601: Andrew: *wipes off his (rather dirty) hands* --Are you alright?
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: Yes, Colonel.
Pylades24601: Andrew: *gives him a calm Look* You sure?
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *blushes and tries to hold his gaze, but fails miserably*
Pylades24601: Andrew: *pats him on the shoulder awkwardly* D'you want to talk?
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: I am talking, Colonel.
Pylades24601: Andrew: ...Well, obviously. But -- I mean, about last night.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: I.... I think I'm fine...
Pylades24601: Andrew: Good. *grim smile* If you didn't notice, I broke his hand right before you came in.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: Why, Colonel? What did he do, I mean?
Pylades24601: Andrew: *shrugs* Kissed me.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *stares* He -what-?
Pylades24601: Andrew: *goes slightly pink* He kissed me. I warned him to get off, and he didn't. Then I broke his hand.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *looks at floor* You're far braver than I am, Colonel.
Pylades24601: Andrew: *shrugs* Would you like to have self-defense lessons with me? It might help.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *looks up* Would you, Colonel?
Pylades24601: Andrew: Of course I would.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: I'd like that.
Talissa Rocsham: Jared: *shuffles feet* I hate being so helpless. Having everyone hovering over me because I can't take care of myself.
