I was first diagnosed with membranous glomerulonephritis in 1976. At the time half the people with that diagnosis had no kidney function left after five years. I have made it thirty years as of August. While I still have some kidney function left I have been told it is time to get the surgery to prepare for dialysis. I have been investigating

If I end up staying around Socorro, I will of course volunteer as well. However, right now I'm not sure if I will be moving or not, so I cannot offer my services with any certainty at this point. =)
